Hello Aspirant. 

If you have made your mind to become a nutritionist, i would suggest you to go with the latter i.e. Nutrition and Dietetics. It you wish to keep your options open and consider a career in industry someday, then the former combination of subjects would make up for a better choice.

Also consider the institute you are pursuing the course from, explore the course structure, look for internship opportunities and accordingly zero down your choice. Also look if there are any add-on courses offered that you may pursue along with it.
