Are you planning B.tech programme through Distance Learning? MHRD has banned the technical education like B.tech & M.tech programme on distance mode, No Institution is permitted to offer Diploma, Bachelor or Masters level programme under ODL mode in Engineering and Technology now. So I would not suggest you to go for it.
