Hi Bharivi,

Yes you're eligible to apply for APICET 2019.This is an state level exam which is conducted by Venkateswara University on behalf of APSCHE, HYDERABAD. If you have any further queary please let me know. Also, wish you all the best for your both b.com and entrance exam.

Thank You for replying Arushi mam ,where will be the examination centre and how much amount we have to spend for exam totally?

Hi Bhairavi,The exam will be held on 26th April, 2019 and you can choose 2 districts out of 48 districts.Application fees is 500 rupees to appear this exam.wish you good luch !!
