To get admission in a Government college for mbbs course, your score should be above 350 marks.As per your question and details you are getting 440 in neet  that's a good score and being a SC candidate, You can get admission in government college for mbbs seat with no difficulty.

As you said you have obtained 440 marks and also you are a SC category student. So dear student the   marks that you have obtained are really very less, even though you have a category still you won't be able to get admission in any government medical or any government dental college. I hope you understand that cut offs are really high and getting this much marks won't help
