606 is a good score. According to 2018, the cut off marks was 589 in NEET in King George Medical University, Lucknow for general category. The cut off marks increase every year depending on various factors. But 606 is high score and even if the cut off marks increase this year, the range will not be very high, therefore giving a higher chance of admission in this college.
