Last year, the cutoffs for Govt dental colleges in Karnataka were between 303 to 347 for UR candidates under the 85 percent state quota. If the same trend continues this year too, then you have a fair chance to secure a seat in a governmnent dental college. 
Last year a score of 303 corresponded to a rank of 177458, a score of 326 corresponded to a rank of 148844 and a score of 347 corresponded to a rank of 124598. According to that, your rank has gone quite high. But wait until the state releases its own rank list. If you fall within the cutoff rank of the state, then you do have a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent dental college. .
