See if you belongs to Andhra Pradesh and you are seeking admission in any other state through NEET then you should get it through only All India Quota counselling. There are 15% All India quota seats for which other state candidates can apply. If you are seeking admission in Goa through NEET then you cannot apply under Home State quota, instead you have to apply through 15% All India quota Counselling.
