Hello sakshi, as per your query i would like to tell you because of you are from Delhi, so you are eligible  for applying in jabalpur  medical  college  through  All India quota
you must be knowing that there is All India Quota 15 % and State government quota 85%...

Cut off by All India quota is always higher than state quota..Further in both the quota the SEAT is further divided as per category like Open, SC , OBC , ST, etc..It will vary for each group. The Cutoff also vary in Government, Private and Deemed University. Also difffer college to college even in government /private/deeemed. The marks vary each year based on the difficulty level of the paper

BUT GOING BY PREVIOUS YEAR TREND Through ALQ A MBBS SEAT is obtained around 480 - 600 marks range.

To get admission there in Neta Ji Subash Chandra Bose Medical College and Hospital, Jabalpur under 85% quota, domicile of MP is required but as you are from Delhi and not having any residential proof of that state then you are eligible to apply under All India Quota (15%). Also, there is no information out for 2018 cut off for the same but according to previous year information the closing rank in round 1 for general category under 15% quota was 3054 so as per this rank your score should be 580+ tentatively.
