I'm from OBC-NCL category. I wants to apply jee advance 2017, I got 87 in jee main but I haven't OBC-NCL certificate.

Give your JEE ADVANCED and show them local one. And after clearing JEE ADVANCED you may submit the original one at the time of counselling.

If you're not having a certificate either you have to arrange it orelse you can't avail the OBC quota
