There are chances of getting a seat for MBBS with 500+ score in NEET. But the cut off changes every year. So. try to score 550+ for securing a seat in a good college for MBBS. 

The fees varries for every college. But the approx. fees for government college varries from 30,000-50,000/- per year. And for private colleges, ranges from 3-4 lacs per year.
