Hey,

All of us know that it's not possible to make any accurate remark about the precise cut-off marks of the prestigious Government MBBS & BDS colleges due to unavailability of the officially released cut-off details of NEET UG exam 2020. So I want to refer you to be gone through the previous year's details minutely of the topmost and eminent Government Medical colleges of different states through the following link for achieving a crystal clear perception in this context:

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges

So comparing with the previous year's merit list, it can be surely estimated that inspite of being the SC cateogory student your marks are not sufficient to get any kind of Government MBBS and BDS colleges in any state. Moreover inside your home state Tamil Nadu, the previous year's lowest qualifying marks of SC cateogory for getting admission in reputed Government Medical colleges in districts like Pudukottai, Coimbatore, Kancheepuram, Namakal and Madurai was 403 ( this information is also taken from the above link).

Hence I'll suggest you to go for an another attempt in next year with the best level of preparation from your side. Because belonging to SC cateogory is undoubtedly a massive positive point for you, so if you can manage atleast 100-110 more marks ( i.e. 430-40 marks) in your next attempt, you'll have enough chances to get admission in the topmost Government colleges of all the states.

By the way one thing I want to recommend you that you've a definite probability for getting opportunities in several renowned private Medical colleges in India under your reserved category.

However think about it.  You can also predict your admission chances for this year by Careers360 college predictor tool :

Wish you all the best.
