Making prediction is difficult as cut off  marks to get a seat in a medical college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then

With 450 marks your chances for government medical colleges is low.

For example,

In neet 2019 ,  470 for obc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks  that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under Tamilnadu state quota  and it was for Government Medical College and Hospital, Pudukottai

You may have some chances to get government quota seat in private medical college.

For example,

In neet 2019 ,  435 for obc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks  that got a government mbbs seat in Annapoorna Medical College and Hospital, Salem which is a private medical college under Tamilnadu state quota

But yes,

cut  off   marks / rank   for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students  in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.

So , you should try to get at least 50 marks  more in comparison of Neet 2019 in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least around 480 marks for Government quota seats in private medical college and around 520 marks for  Government Medical college
