Hey,

With 506 marks, you may get a rank between 45023-51086. You can check it here https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank

As per previous year cut off, it is difficult for you to get a government medical college in Haryana under 85% State Quota since it closed at 558 for general category in 2019.

You will surely get a management quota medical seat through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities.

However, it is important to know that cut off varies every year depending on the number of seats, the total number of qualified candidates and the difficulty level of the exam.

To get a list of colleges in which you might have a chance to get MBBS/BDS seat, you can use NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
