since result of neet 2019 is not out yet we can only predict on the basis of previous year cut off. if you are securing 492 belonging to unreserved category then you can get seat in following colleges in maharashtra 

• government medical college, jalgaon. as in 2018 the cut off was 490 marks
• shri vasant rao naik government medical college, yavatman. as in 2018 the cut off 400 marks. 
• government medical college, akola. as in 2018 the cut off was 428 marks
• chandrapur government medical college. as in 2018 the cut off was 480 marks.
• gondia governtment medical college. as in 2018 the cut off was 475 marks.
