But if I fill code 01 and I qualify neet exam in 2020 then during counselling, will they tell me that I had filled false things in form as I had already passed 12th in 2019 and I should have gone with code 02?

I had given neet in 2019 (this year) and I did not qualify it so that's why I'm giving it next year as well.
So I had filled in the previous form 'code 01'
So it's okay if I fill 'code 01' again this year?
