The eligibility criteria for BEd(bachelor of education) is minimum graduation in any stream from a recognized university with an aggregate of 50%-60%. Now it depends on where you want to apply. For caste category it is 40-45%.

Admission procedure varies from institute to institute. In Maharashtra they have an entrance exam. Some institutes take on candidates on the basis of their graduation score.
