Nothing is impossible at the same time hardwork is the key to success. Do mention the name of the 12th board which you are talking about. Is it the state board ?
Getting marks and rank can't be assured from now but yes if you study and practice all the concepts from now atleast you can definitely score good marks and probably achieve your goals.
