Considering you are OBC you first need to score 40% or above in class 12th in PCB as to be eligible to give NEET. You didn't mention government or private. It will vary based on it. If you are aiming for govt colleges then 560+( marks out of 720 ) is a safe range while for private medical colleges it will be around 440-560. As far as I know, there are 1200 GOVERNMENT MEDICAL SEATS in KERALA !! KEEPING IN MIND the top 100150 students who will get from AIQ AND THE OTHERS WHO WILL GO AWAY from your state through 15% AIQ.
