Sorry to say this ,but it's not possible to be unavailable while counselling because in counselling round of admission,you need to be personally present along with a guardian . Your physical appearance at counselling is must , even if your guardian attend the counselling ,they can't enroll you in the list .So ,please contact the head of the university if possible or else best of luck for your another entrance test if you're not satisfied with ViT college admission.
