Hi nandini,
I am also a medical student,
Firslty you have to only committed to your NCERT for both neet and board. A single line comes in many different ways. So read your ncert carefully.
After every chapter go through the chapter wise neet questions. This helps you alot.
Make your own notes while study and stick this note to that page, which the note belongs to.
If you take coaching then do it on Sat and sun but make sure NCERT is your god

Dear Sir / Ma'm, since the NEET is conducted on the NCERT syllabus, it would be preferable if you study NCERT textbooks as that would serve a two-way purpose for you. You should also practise MCQs daily and increase your problem solving capability. Your concepts should also be very very clear so that you can solve any problem with utmost ease. Devote time to all three subjects equally and daily.
