Since you have an advantage of having the tag of OC i.e Other Category candidate for JEE Mains. If you are a ST / SC/ PWD  candidate then  Inorder to enter into the CSE department in good NIT you should have the marks in the range of 100-120 in Mains and if you are a OBC category aspirant then you need to score the marks in Mains about 150-170 inorder to take the CSE department in top NIT'S .
