It depends upon the branch  you choose in b.tech so 

 CSE- many subject like java, python andfew other subjects

ECE- VLSI, embedded systems etc

Civil - Geoinformaticsand transport engineering etc

Mechanical - CAD/ CAM etc

These are few according to branches
