Dear student

If you have a science background it will help you in entrance exam paper , it has very basic aptitude , mathematics , biology and question from chemistry.

For g.k portion I think LUCENTs general knowledge book is good .

there is choice between English and Hindi language question section, So read wisely and which section you find yourself more confident ,go with that. Decide after analyzing the entrance paper.
