As per the notification of SSC CGL, candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can apply provided they possess the essential qualification on or before August 1, 2018. Since you will receive your certificates in June 2019 therefore you cannot apply for SSC CGL 2018. Moreover, the application process of SSC CGL 2018 is already over.

as ssc cgl can be written from age of 18 from btech 2nd year onwards also you can write so you are eligible to write ssc cgl 2018 thank you
