NEET only requires your 12th exam and it will not matter whether you failed in BSc first year or not. So you only need to attach your class 12th certificate in NEET exam. If you qualify NEET, then there is no need to complete your BSc, you can just leave it. But you need to show valid class 12th marks sheet and need to be eligible for NEET.
