                  We cannot generalize the aggregate percentage through which the companies hire you, it depends on the employer and the job profile. But the one thing the employer would look for in a candidate is their communication and social skills , especially in the petroleum industry. Anyways that doesn't mean you can have low grades , you need at least 7-8 cgpa.
