Ranks within 30000 under General category can sureshot cinvert Colleges for Petroleum engineering in Jee Mains.
DiT Dehradun, LPU Jalandhar, MIT Pune, UPES Dehradun, are top colleges for Petroleum engineering under Jee Mains.
For other top colleges you require Jee Advanced scores with ranks within 10000 for conversion of seat.

Dear friend,
Rajiv Gandhi institute of petroleum technology has low fee structure as compared to other colleges.
Fee Structure (per semester)*:Tuition fee Rs.50,000/-
Other fee Rs.7,000/-
Hostel and Transportation Charges As Applicable
One time fee Rs.6,000/- (Includes Rs. 4,000/- Refundable Security)
Students belonging to SC/ST category have to pay 50% of the Tuition fee.
