Hello aspirant

You may appear for jee mains but you won't get any

Lateral entry to IIT college.

For pursuing jee mains you must have qualified class xii with science stream  or equivalent  exam with minimum  65% marks.

Jee mains exam is the premium exam conducted for admissions to IIT colleges .

The diploma holders can also get a seat in IIT  after qualifying  jee mains and jee advanced with a rank of less than 2,50,000

There is no relaxation in eligibility criteria for Diploma holders.

Eligibility criteria for jee mains
The candidate must have passed Std xii with minimum 65% marks with physics , chemistry and mathematics subjects.

It is advisable to get admission to IIT through science stream , passing class xi and xii as the jee syllabus is based on class xi and class xii.

All that you have to do is strengthen your knowledge in depth for physics , chemistry and maths.
