i am BCA 1 year student,can i give jee (mains+advance) does the one year my BCA will effect to getting b tech collge through jee exam

Yes, you are eligible to write JEE exam even though you are in BCA 2nd year, because there is no age limit. The only eligibility criteria you have to meet is you should have the pass percentage in your 10+2 or any equivalent exam in the respective year you had completed your 10 and intermediate.
