For Biology, you should refer only and only NCERT. It is more than enough. If you still want to study in deep and bit extra...then you can refer Truemans Biology. It's good for MCQs practicing also.
Make key word notes for biology. It'll help you read and revise the chapter in a brief summary type notes. Try to give 3-4 hours daily for biology. 2 hours in the noon and 2 in the night. This way you can easily read NCERT for more number of times and can get it on your finger tips. Keep a Target and try to score more than it. Revise your work regularly. Practice more number of MCQs daily.

Since you are in class 11th this year so you have a lot of time to study for your NEET 2020. I would suggest you to study NCERT properly and you must know each and every bit of NCERT for biology as the paper for NEET is set from the NCERT itself, Once you are thorough with NCERT then start to practice using mock tests and question banks.
