Braces or spectacles is something you wear due to medical problems and such things are allowed. You can definitely wear them, take a medical prescription with yourself to avoid any problems at the time of entrance. Be careful about the dress code, since tgey are very strict about that. NEET is a National level Common Entrance test to get admission in Various Medical Colleges In India.The candidates has to follow certain rules provided by the NTA. Wearing bracelets and jewellery is strictly prohibited.As the clip for teeth is a doctor prescribed one,you are allowed to enter the Examination hall.

Dear Mani, your teeth braces are due to medically necessary reasons. So you can wear them. The reason why metal of any sorts is discouraged because the metal detectors might scan them and can be speculated for unfair means usage. You will be still allowed to appear for the exam. Apart from the braces, make sure you do not carry ornaments or jewellery of any metal whatsoever like bangles, rings, chains, bracelets, etc. Your clothes should be simple and light with no designs, big buttons or embroidery. Teeth braces are allowed.
