All students get appeared in the Counselling of first round. As it depends on the cutoff list that you will get chance in particular College or not. So go through this properly. And counselling is done on the basis of the General rank. As if you are in OBC category then you will get some benefits. As cutoff for each category is different for each College. Accordingly you will get chance in any College based on your general rank.
