You have to register in the registration form with the same name as it is mentioned in the 10th marksheet ie. you have to mention your name in the registration form as Patil Pravin Pramod.

The name mentioned in the 10th marksheet is the official name as mentioned in your other documents like Aadhar card, Birth certificate etc.
