The order of my name in aadhar card is name_father's name_surname But in my 10th marklist it is in the order surname_name_father's name. In what order should I fill my name in jee main form 2021?

Hello,

You should fill the details according to your 10th class marksheets.

Others things are that required to be filled are ;

Qualification Details (such as Class 10th Roll Number/ Intermediate or Class 12th Details - Stream, Course etc)
Scanned Copy of Passport Size Photograph
Scanned Copy of Signature
A valid e-mail Id
A valid mobile number
PWD, SC/ST or another reservation certificate, if applicable.

i registered with aadhar card as id proof for jee mains but now i have lost it can i use pan card or driving license istead of adhar card. wont they raise issues that aadhar card is used in registration form and now at center showimg pan card as proof
