Hello.
If you are asking about bachelor course in forensic science then you can definitely directly take admission in it after your 10 + 2 from pcmb stream and if you are asking for masters then firstly you will have to complete your 3 year BSc degree then after you can have admission, some private universities conduct their own exam for admission in master program in forensic science so you can appear for this exam and get into these universities.
