Yes, CBSE follows the rule of best marks will be considered. Since you gave improvement exams in only 2 subjects, only those two subjects’ new scores will replace your old marks. The other 3 subjects where you didn’t appear for improvement will remain the same as your 2024 result. Your final marksheet will show the updated marks of the improved subjects along with the rest from your 2024 exam.
