Dear Pramod, under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC are filled by DGHS. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. Under this 15%, Private Medical College seats are also considered.

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
Each private and medical college in a state are has 15% seats for All India quota and rest 85% seats as state quota.
So,yes private colleges also have state quota.
Counselling process for most of the states has started so follow up to ensure your seat.
