You can go for either of the e courses. But now a days if you are honed in Artificial I then you'll have an edge. The general course CSE will have all the common subjects of computer science but CSE AI will be more like a specialization course and won't entail everything from CSE. Moreover in CSE you'll have some subjects of AI also like Neural networks. So it's better to go for CSE.
