Hello Sanjay

As per the information you have given in that case you are not eligible to get an admission. It is compulsory to fulfill all the eligibility criteria for Assam CEE exam if you fail to fulfill those criterias you will not be able to get admission in any colleges which comes under Assam CEE. Be prepared for next year for getting a better college. Hope it helps you.
