This is basically and agreement paper type thing that you have to get printed on RS 100 stamp paper from the notary public that is available either in campus(maybe) or from the local court. You will find NOTARY public booth set up near every court, the form's content must be typed on the paper and should be signed by both STUDENT AND PARENT. This agreement ensures that you do not break the college rules like staging a protest unnecessarily or harming an indivudial mentally or physically.

This is a affidavit or bond that every college takes before admission in which it's mainly written that you'll follow all the rules and regulations of the college and hostel and if found indulged in any of the unappropriate activity , college authorities are free to take strict action against you. This bond is made by advocate and is duly signed and stamped by district court.
