Add 600 in JEE Main form and secured marks. While adding 500 total marks remove the additional marks in the secured marks.

For the JEE Main application form , enter the total marks obtained in the core subjects only, excluding the additional subject. The core subjects in class 10th account for 500 marks; therefore, enter 500 as the total marks on the JEE Main application form. This ensures an accurate representation of your academic performance in alignment with the JEE application requirements.

Dear student,
You need to write the score of the best 5 subjects since your sixth subject was an additional one and not the compulsory ones. So you need to write the total marks as 500 and consider the top 5 scored subjects for your percentage. Your compulsory subjects should include English and the rest of the subjects should be the best four of the remaining ones.
