hope you are doing great. I would like to aware you that at time of form fillings best 5 subjects marks needs to be fill including three main subjects( physics,maths and chemistry) in total marks sections .Just add up your marks and divide them by 5 that will be your percentage upto 2 decimal places. So maximum marks is 500 that you have to write in total marks section
