In class 11 and 12 I did not had maths as my subject and my UG subjects are BZC. Am I eligible for chemistry entrance in iit jam?

You must have chemistry as subject in all six semester in Bsc for eligibility into Msc Chemistry via IIT JAM. 

Also 50%aggregate marks in General category in graduation is mandatory. Only then you are eligible .
