Hello aspirant,
Yes you can study B.Sc Mathematics. You must have minimum 45 percentage to 55 percentage in your 10+2 or equivalent exam in science stream from a recognised Board or College. Admission is based on entrance exam or merit obtained in qualifying exam.

Yes, still you are eligible. Because most of the Colleges need the candidates to have Mathematics in their 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised Board or College either as major or additional subject.
You can go through one the College offering B. Sc Mathematics course and check the eligibility criteria.
