AIIMS MBBS Eligibility Criteria mandates candidates to have Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology in class 12th (passed/ appearing). Also, a candidate must be 17 years old on or before December 31 to apply for AIIMS MBBS. 

Higher secondary (12 th ) or equivalent with the Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English subjects, and 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
