It shouldn't be a problem unless your first and last name are exchanged. Aadhaar card and pan card has the format of first name followed by middle name and last name. I am sure you are not the only one with name blunder or mismatch in college certificates in India I do have too. Note that name in 10th ,12th ,graduation ,post graduation ,aadhaar ,pan card and passport  documents are important. As soon as you find a discrepancy correct it.
