In my 10th certificate my name Initial is in Front side and in my Aadhar card my name initial is in Back side.In all documents, my name (First) and initial (second) was in this order.Only in 10th certificate initial (first) and name(second).Is there any problem in applying upsc or tnpsc exams.

Applying in UPSC is a big deal, and because the is conducted directly by the Union Public Service Commission, they are very strict when it comes to documentation and nothing is spared.
Seeing as you only have a change of name on the AADHAAR card, I would suggest that you submit the application for an update of name with proper proof of identification (your 10th and 12th certificates that have the real name) and make the required changes as soon as possible.
If you have the wrong name on either your 10th or 12th certificates, you will have to write a formal letter of complaint to the CBSE Board and ask for a change of name. This will be a very tedious process as you will required to go to the main office of CBSE in Delhi and do the needful.
