Your marks will decide what seat you will get.Suppose if your marks are not enough to get a seat in general category in all india quota then you can hope for state counselling and then for cutoff list and so on and if any seat is left for ews quota which is reserved and if your marks in enough then you will get it through ews quota but you must belong ews quota and must be having valid documents and proofs.
