If in west bengal neet counselling I am not alloted seat through OBC-B will I consider for EWS quota.i got 502 and AIR is 47742

I am sorry to tell you but what you are telling is not possible. If you don't get a seat in obc -b category then then you will not get a seat under EWS quota as
the Central Government has introduced 10% reservation quota for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) among General Category candidates and thus you are not eligible for it .
