Nits like Nagaland, mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Agartala are there for you where cut offs go very low.

although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs.

The seat allotment of NITs depends on factors like Community, Category , gender ,Home state etc. Your profile says you belong to Telengana so your home state NIT falls in NIT Warangal. The best chance for you to get NIT is in NIT Warangal.

CSAB Councelling happens for vacant seats of NITs. Their could be possible that no seat remains empty in NIT Warangal for CSAB. Do it is quite Difficult to predict whether you could get seat in CSAB round as the cutoff also vary every year . However, Last year the Last admitted ST Student in NIT Warangal has CRL rank of 1,95,406. So if cutoff remains lower than previous year than you could get NIT however that seems not easy.
